Matt was highly responsive when I first called. He came to our house within a couple of days and looked at what we needed to have done (plaster repair throughout the dining room, entry way, stairwell, landing, and master bedroom). He said he would have a quote to us by the end of that week. I called two weeks later and he said he was behind and would get back to us in a couple of weeks. Three months later I called again and was told he would "look through the stack on his desk" and get us a quote. It has now been over five months and I have called several more times. Paul L Kess Inc comes highly recommended in our neighborhood, but their lack of responsiveness and/or honesty about willingness to take on the project has been disheartening. I understand being too busy or not wanting to take on a smaller project, a simple conversation could have preserved the relationship. Being strung along with "I will send it to you" month after month has left me distrustful of the integrity of this company.
