Very excellent service and not a long wait for an appointment. Lukas came out and resolved the issue within an hour which is awesome! He also let me know what all he did and when he was done! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Matt was absolutely amazing! We had a scary emergency with no power after installing a new range. He knew right what it was, came & immediately restored the power & fixed the range where the installers didn't wire it correctly. He had us all up and running again in 20 minutes. Great guy! He even reminded me to take pictures of the incorrect wiring and stayed to make sure the oven still worked properly.

Lucas and Nathan were amazing. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and tidy. I’ll be using Oak Electric again in the future.

Oak Electric has helped me with a handful different projects over the last few months. I like them because I don’t have to wait weeks/months for an appointment, they’re professional, skilled and don’t leave until the job is done right. Most recently, Lukas and Nathan installed a light fixture for me and did great work. I was very particular about getting it level and they were understanding and made sure I was happy with it.

Oak Electric is a pleasure to work with, and Carrie went above and beyond to schedule me quickly though they were quite busy. Lukas found the problem quickly and thankfully it was an easy fix. He directed me to the audio-visual technician they work with to help me with a hard-wired sound system too.

Jeremy was my hero getting my electricity working again! He also addressed some issues I've been needing repaired for a couple years. He was forth coming with the price, didn't dilly around, gave his opinion/suggestion when I asked and just seems very happy working for Oak Electric. That was awesome to hear as happy people do quality work. I am impressed with Oak Electric from the initial call with Crystal to when Jeremy left.

Highly recommend Oak Electric! I had a wonderful experience overall. There was no electricity going to my dishwasher and turns out the switch went bad and needed replaced. Called in the morning and the lady I spoke with (I forget her name, Carrie maybe?) was so friendly and helpful. She did some simple trouble shooting with me to make sure it wasn't a quick fix that I could do on my own. I appreciated this very much. Lukas was the technician that fixed the issue for me and he was able to come out the same afternoon that I had called. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival which was very helpful for me so I could make sure to put my dogs up before he came. Lukas found the issue right away and replaced the switch in no time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also brought to my attention that my dishwasher was leaking so I could fix that right away before the issue got worse. I will definitely be contacting Oak Electric in the future.

This is the 2nd time having Oak electric out to the farm. Not many lincoln companies are willing to come 5 miles north of town but they had no problem. We had them add wiring for a new office the first time and were so good to work with we didn't bother bidding out a generator backup setup for the house. They came out and got us a quick estimate and were here within a week as soon as the components came in. Lukas was out by himself to do the install. He was considerate in asking if he could do certain things before doing them along the way. Install was as clean or cleaner than we expected. When finished Lukas insisted on cleaning up as much as possible but I insisted I could sweep up later.
Oak electric will continue to get our families business.

Everyone that I worked with at Oak electric are fantastic. I had contacted Carrie fully expecting to have to wait a month or longer to get someone out to help us with our install. But she was able to get us on the schedule within a week after my initial outreach. Spencer and Steve did a great job putting in ceiling lighting, wall sconces, and three chandeliers - one of which was in our two-story foyer. Not only was the installation superb, they also removed our old fixtures and all trash so that we didn't have to worry about any mess. They were extremely professional and I would gladly use them again for our future electrical needs!
