I used Sark Tile for their storage units. Renting the unit was easy, and it worked perfectly for what we needed. But cancelling my payment after vacating my unit has been so unbelievably difficult and for no good reason. I vacated my unit late in the month, and on the first of the next month, wrote them to say that the unit was empty and to cancel my service. I am now on my 13th email with them, and they still haven't removed the charge for the month that I cancelled in. I don't know why they're making this so difficult, but I wouldn't recommend anyone come here for storage purely for this reason.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Jon Curry at Sark Tile! Not only was he knowledgeable about all the products offered there, he was so helpful on the design aspect of it all. I gave him the measurements of the bathroom we were renovating. He put all of the information in a computer program and was able to show me how different tile layouts would look. Having a visual like that was extremely helpful and made the decision process so much easier! So, thank you Jon! My bathroom looks great!

I was looking for something different than the boring box store tiles so I went to Sark Tile. I was impressed with all the choices and installed samples all over that I could touch and feel. Mark Sark came to help me and gave me so many options to consider. Of course, he was very knowledgeable too of the latest trends and styles. He even sent me home with a bunch of samples and helped carry them to my car. Then I came back a few days later and met Faith. After just a few minutes of talking with her, she knew exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect tile. She even discussed installation options with me. This is just what I needed.
