We had a full basement and bathroom remodel. Dan is wonderful to work with and his work is exceptional. He was very good at communication if we ran into an issue and gave us many options. We loved his ideas and work ethic. He is a one man show but you would think he has a whole crew with him. We would recommend him to everyone. He is truly a GEM!

It only took years to finally find Dan after trying and failing multiple times just to get someone to call me back or follow through with initial consultation. I was ready to give up when Dan not only called me back, but also scheduled time, created an estimate (a DETAILED estimate), and made 2 initial consults to get all the right measurements, photos, and confirm every detail. The work was done precisely in the time he quoted, he started the work on the exact day and time he said, and he always showed up when he said he would. All the work (extensive exterior house repairs and painting, new doors, and a complete interior and exterior overhaul of a 60+ year old (gross) detached garage) was completed right at budget. Dan is professional where it really matters, with an exceptional level of expertise. It's clear he doesn't overbook, and he was solely focused on OUR project. Above and beyond, Dan was respectful of a newly established pollinator garden that was clearly in his way near one large corner of the house. He carefully worked around it. He treated our property as though it was his own, and was meticulously clean after each day of work, and again at the end. Having Dan work on our house and garage was an excellent experience. We're already masterminding more work for Dan in the future, so this review better not make too many people hire him all of a sudden. Thank you a million times, Dan!

Dan is a wonderful person and very good at what he does, which, it seems, is pretty much everything involved in home maintenance and remodeling. He helped me turn a 1960s bathroom, which was not really functional in some respects, into a bath which is both more modern and pretty, but still fits in with the traditional interior of the rest of the house. (The before and after pictures of one area of that bathroom are included below.) I'm very pleased and strongly recommend you call Dan when you need help with home projects.
