We used Andy for our home inspection when we purchased our first house. He was thorough and was easy to talk to. He pointed out many things in the home that needed to be fixed and also showed us the essentials we needed to know after moving in. We recently used AmeriSpec Home Inspection for our house in Lincoln and it was a great inspection. Our Inspector, Ian, ask for him, took his time and truly walked through the entire space and had a fully detailed report. I have heard from others, that used other inspection services, that it only took a short time, Ian started at 8 am, and we met him at 11 am. Then we meet and spoke about the issues until 12:15 pm ish. He showed care and truly answered our questions. He also had a great sense of humor which makes the whole process better. In addition you are provided with some benefits, via other services as apart of working with AmeriSpec. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

**Would rate above 5 starts if I could!** We had Jeff K. as our inspector and I could not have been more impressed. He exceeded all expectations, was extremely thorough, and stayed past business hours to make sure he provided the best service possible. He explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond with the information he passed on to us regarding our new home even though he had a bad cold and was having trouble talking, he powered through :). I am a first time home buyer and Jeff made us feel very comfortable with the unfamiliar home inspection process. He followed up after and offered to field our questions no matter the time/day, even years down the road. Keep giving Jeff all your trainees because if they all offer the same service Jeff does you will be in great shape as a business!

The absolute best. Jeff was VERY thorough and took his time doing my inspection. Here's my experience: Met with Jeff at 11am after he completed his inspection. This man put together a professional power point presentation of the entire house!! (inside, outside, attic, driveway, everything). He broke down the pictures, explained what he saw/found. He then handed me a complete typed report and we went through it, he gave me advice on what to fix or who he would recommend doing the repairs. Will definitely be doing business with AmeriSpec again.
