Jan 14/15, 2024 our electric heat pump quick working. Called Bill's for en emergency visit. They were unable to come on Jan 14 due to heavy call volume of emergencies. First thing Monday morning Bill's called said they were on the way. The tech came did his inspection/work. Gave me the news, which I was happy to hear. The tech was honest and up-front. He answered the questions I had, then left. Price for service was what I expected and compared with other companies online. I will utilize Bill's Heating and Air again. Thanks
