Two Men and A Truck are awesome furniture movers. This is my second interaction with this company in 13 months and they exceed efficiency, work well with each other, (office staff and movers), and are extremely courteous. The young man in charge walked thru everything before and afterwards to make sure what they were to move and that they had gotten everything packed up. Great company if movers are ever needed. Thank you.
My mom and dad were downsizing and we hired Two Men and a Truck because their grandson had worked for them during the summer while in college. We had a great experience! Jerry, Brady and Lake were friendly, helpful and worked extremely professional and efficient. They made quick work of the task and even finished under our quoted time. I would highly recommend using them!!

Let me preface this review by saying I have used Two Men and A Truck a few times and this was most recent time was my first bad experience. I hired them to move my stuff into a storage unit and then scheduled another move with them in two weeks to move out of the storage unit into my new house. The move into the storage unit went horribly. One mover kept complaining that he had a bad back and bad knees. I was told by one mover multiple times that things probably wouldn't fit in the truck and other items they wouldn't be able to get upstairs. Then another mover would come and say no, things will fit. When they finally got the truck loaded we did a walk through of the house but not the garage and I found out later that a number of items were left and there was no option presented to me to move those other things and I would have to move them myself. I had to load my pickup twice to get those items to the storage unit. Then when they were unloading at the storage unit, they had plenty of room in the units but decided not to stack to the top so there was no room left for me to put the items they left behind which caused me to have to reorganize the unit myself. To be fair, I could have asked them to do a better job of loading the storage unit but at that point, we were already 7 hours into the move and I didn't want to pay them even more. Which brings me to my next point, I saw them standing around taking breaks multiple times. My estimate was for 5.5 hours (I understand this is an estimate and not accurate and part of that is on me) but the total time came to 7 hours. Which means I spent $1780 for a move that left me with 5 hours of work that they were supposed to do, that I had to do myself. I wish it ended there but I then called the following Monday to cancel the second part of the move (safe to say I wasn't satisfied) and the woman I spoke to said she could cancel it but they wanted to keep my business so she offered to have a manager call me to see how they could make it right. That call from the manager never came and I got a text this morning saying they would cancel the second part of my move. The moral of this story is that Two Men and a Truck can be hit or miss but it is always expensive so use them at your own risk.

We were unlucky enough to get the "guy in training" with one other supposedly seasoned mover. The broke stuff, borrowed our tools and drills/batteries as they showed up with dead ones (first move of the day!), threw trash from inside their truck onto our yard and left it, dented a metal door taking furniture out, broke the entertainment center, didn't use furniture pads to wrap foot/headboards (wood), loaded the truck in a single layer so it was "full" faster, and left almost another full level of totes and furniture that they said wouldn't fit. You can see their appliance dolly thrown on top of our items with little regard to damage. And they smelled high to Heaven! (we were the first move of the day, so it's not like they'd been out in the heat doing anything yet). When they reassembled our bed, they didn't attach the support beams which resulted in the bed falling apart when we tried to slide it over to the wall. We had to pay them to drive to/from lunch to an out-of-route restaurant, plus time. We get a 30 minute credit off the time for their lunch break, but they were gone for an hour and ten minutes. They attempted to leave our couch in the garage, saying it wouldn't go down the stairs. When we told them to remove the legs, it fit perfectly. Really? We have to tell them that? Then they asked if we wanted them to make a second trip (remember, we're paying hourly).Overall, a terrible experience that I wouldn't have expected. We've used them before with good results, but this move was abysmal. I have reached out to them, both in email and to the customer service line, but I'm not getting any response.

Aidan and Jerry were quick, friendly and fantastic movers. They made our move significantly easier and we couldn’t have asked for better help. The overall amount we paid was very fair and a great a deal for the experience. I would recommend Two Men & A Truck any day for any move!

I work for Doane University and we actually had 3 Guys and A Truck come help us move all of our Dining Hall tables, chairs, and even booths for a remodel. Jerry, Dakota, and Jonathan were very polite and professional, and I’ve never seen anyone with that much hustle! They were actually making an attempt to save us money by getting things done quickly yet safely and professionally. Their hustle actually saved us $100+ off our quoted price. They were super easy to work with and put everything right where we needed it. I was very impressed and would definitely work with them again. Especially if we could get the same three hard-working guys to come help!

Everyone I interacted with from the office employees to the movers were friendly and helpful. The movers did a particularly good job of making sure everything got where it needed to get safely, and they even helped assemble some of the larger items. Great experience from beginning to end!
