While the end product is very nice, the path to get there was extremely frustrating.
My wife and I chose this place because my parents had worked with them in the past on their house.
When we walked in to the building we did not feel welcomed. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and made us feel like we shouldn't be there.
We picked a slab and the man that helped us was extremely nice and friendly.
We had a guy come out and measure but then heard nothing about an install date. I assumed that they would let us know and not blindly send someone out, but that is exactly what they did. Two guys showed up while I was on home for a lunch break and I was leaving so I couldn't stay while they did it. We called later that day and were told they would fit us in where they can. No apology for the whole incident which was frustrating. We also had another rude encounter with the receptionist who asked me if I forgot the date. That could have been a joke, maybe. . . but came off as condescending.
The last bit of miscommunication involves the sink. We were not told that we had to have the plumbing undone beforehand. We found that out when we called them after they showed up unannounced. We were also told that they would be setting the sink and mounting it. They did not do that and when I asked one of the guys who installed it, I was told they didn't do that. Not a huge deal, but I was told try different things by two different people.
They pretty much sums up the whole experience. Bad communication on their end made the process extremely frustrating and confusing. The end result is very nice and everyone we talked to was pleasant, besides the receptionist, but the whole operation felt unorganized and messy.
