They checked out my roof and pointed out a couple of areas to keep an eye on. They said the roof didn't need to be replaced yet. I was impressed with their honesty courtesy and knowledge. I found them to be responsive, friendly, and looks like good quality work. We had them remove an unused chimney stack, where they re-roofed where it was removed. They did a nice job of getting close on matching the roof tiles as well. I was really impressed with their communication - Ross is great! We're already planning on having them complete some needed additional attic venting next.
