My wife and I are very satisfied with the outcome of the bathroom remodel. The crew was polite and professional while doing an excellent job. In addition, we are extremely happy with the installation of the patio door.
From start to finish, it was as smooth as possible! We are extremely pleased with the sales person who came to our home, the person who came to measure, and definitely the installer Clark! One of the many impressive selling points for us was the longevity of the people who have worked there. The windows came in a month earlier than anticipated, which was a wonderful surprise. Clark did a great job of getting them installed quickly and with no mess. We are very happy with the facelift our house received thus enhancing curb appeal, how quiet it has made the inside of our house and we look forward to better energy efficiency! In 2021 I had seven North Country windows put on the east side of my house. This year (2024) I was able to add three more on the north and west. I'm impressed that the three pane and tint are great barriers for both hot and cold weather. I also like that the frame covers my 73 year old frames. The cost is worth the quality.

Jacuzzi Bathroom Installation scheduled for July 29, 2024 - but told could be earlier if an opening occurred. Got a call July 11 that there was an opening for July 12. Crew arrived around 7 AM and finished by 1 PM or so. Great guys who really knew their stuff and did an incredible job. Couldn't be more pleased. Now I have a happy wife!

A structural issue with our home necessitated a major remodel.
That included replacing our shower. It had to be torn out for the issue to be addressed and then the new shower installed later. The folks at North Country went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and minimize the down time. We had been planning to replace some windows, so we decided to get that done too. In both cases, the installers were very efficient and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job! I love my new shower and windows!

Outstanding presentation of the products including samples to see which made it easier to imagine how the product will appear in my house. Excellent pricing compared with their competitors who appear to offer lesser quality products. The overall presentation by the sales rep (Dan) was very convincing and very much appreciated (I am in sales as well, so I appreciate good sales presentations). When they arrived for installation the crew was very professional, clean and did an excellent job. Everything looks so nice, I will use this company again in the future without hesitation. North Country Windows & Baths did an amazing job when we were looking for new windows. Our sales rep Drew did a great job explaining their windows, and the various options, and creating a plan that best worked for us. Then come install time, the install crew was extremely professional. They helped remove difficult window shades and worked quickly, efficiently, and extremely clean as my house looks as if they weren't even there and new windows just appeared. I would highly recommend North Country Windows when looking to update and upgrade your house with new windows!

After evaluating 6 companies for four replacement windows, I settled on North Country. From my evaluations i found North Country to be the most geniune and honest. North Country was a great choice and I am extremely happy with the results. All of the staff that I interacted with from the sales rep, to the office staff, and the installers were attentive with excellent customer service. I highly recommend North Country and I do plan to use this company for future projects.
