I’ve been waiting over 3 years for Window World of Lincoln to uphold their warranty policy to replace the storm door which they installed poorly. I repeatedly call their store for follow ups for when the replacement will happen. But, month after month, I’m still left with a storm door with busted and warped hinges, a broken handle, and a draft which allows snow to blow through. I’ve applied duct tape around the glass panel to dampen the noise from wind whistling through the gaps during storms and high wind events. The sound is so loud, it triggers a decibel warnings on my watch.

My first time getting windows replaced and from Kevin the salesman, the nice ladies who answer the phone or call you back, to my Main installer Matt and his side-kick Paul! I’m very impressed and my windows are amazing!! Not only was Matt and Paul super friendly, nice, respectful of my home and my pets they were delightful to talk to, joke around with and they kept me smiling! They know what they’re doing and if they run into an issue (in this house, it’s quite common) they know exactly what to do and how to fix it! Matt even fixed my door handle, the main one to come in/out of my home! Who does that? Nice people do that! Thanks Window World-—excellent staff!

Pretty rough, but happy with the end result I am only giving 5 stars because the install team (Ryder and Kane) truly did an exceptional job and we are very pleased with the quality/look of the products that we received (4 doors, 15 windows). However, it took 5 months from estimate to them being completed, mostly due to misordering on the office end (I was told that person no longer works there). 6 items were ordered wrong on the office side and the estimator didn't correctly write down a door we specifically wanted. However, Ryder has great customer service skills and kept us very in the loop through the install process which made everything much more smooth. Although lots of patience was required (and the installers aren't really morning people), the end result is wonderful and we would use them for future work.

Matt and Michael installed my windows in one day. These men did awesome work. We went to each window for review and they all were flawless. During the day they both were respectful. They had a GREAT sense of humor. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. They seemed okay with my asking question after question. Thanks Matt and Michael! They also demonstrated how the windows work and I gotta say the windows are better than I expected. I am totally pleased. And a life time warranty... SWEET.
