Look out for their scams! They give you an upfront estimate, which is reasonable; however, after they start to work, they will tell you that they need to to some extra work, which they won't tell you is ridiculously expensive. For me, the extra work, tearing down the drywall and remove the board under the sink, costed me additional $2,000! On top of that, they quoted me another $2,000 for the repair of ~6sqft area! Yes, they are better than robbers that they give you an invoice so you know the exact number (accurate to the cent) they robber from you!
Really easy to work with. Not one issue during the whole process. Very professional between the office and the technicians. Hands-down best company in town recommend to all my friends and family if needed. So grateful to work with these guys.

These people are a fraud! I am appalled at how they came into a n elderly recently widowed woman and straight took advantage of her! The drywall work that was performed was atrocious, they replaced insulation with a lesser grade from R19 to R13 on outside walls, they didn't replace the drywall or insulation behind the shower, they broke the window sills taking out the old drywall, broke the wall mounted light, and the dry wall that was replaced wasn't secured properly and was cut too high! The list goes on and then they have enough nerve to try and collect more money after they were given 6,880.00 dollars up front and didn't even do a thousand dollars worth of work! I totally redone the entire bathroom and bedroom for this lady due to American Water Damages unprofessional work, attitude, and there willingness to purposely take her money!

Very frustrating. They do a good job with the mitigation and then suck with the restoration. They took our money over 5 weeks ago and have done nothing. Every time we call we get no answer. And they left one of their fans!
And now it has been three months. Nothing has been done. Shauna was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do not use them!!!

One week for water damage restoration turned into almost over a month. We were told we cannot be home (they ripped out one of our walls) they keep adding days to completion. First 10 days, then 10 days, now 15 days from today until the date of completion. We have a toddler and where the wall has been removed would be dangerous+we are without a shower.
The damage was to our subfloor, part of the foundation, and the shower pipe and the wall. They initially said they would replace the subfloor, shower, pipe, and flooring.
Then after they ripped out the wall it turned into just placing fans towards the exposed shower, and keeping everything but the pipe (also they said there was A LOT of mold growth and they did not handle the removal correctly beyond spraying + we had a 100% water saturation reading over a week after the inital burst)
I beg you to look elsewhere. Still can't be home and wasted our time. There is most likely structural damage to our home and the work and timeframe has been awful.
