Belfor Property Restoration did a fantastic job repairing my basement after having a mainline backup.
Tanner was on top of the whole process and ensured all repairs were timely and well done.
Belfor repaired drywall, replaced cabinetry, installed trim and new flooring, etc. All repairs were completed well and to my liking.
I am thankful Tanner and the Belfor team made the repairing process of my basement easy.
Justin from Omaha Mitigation Services recommended Belfor, and I am so glad he did.
Probably should teach your drivers safe driving. Your employee about landed in my trunk a few times driving west on i80 the afternoon of 7/21 because he was following way too close, many times, to many drivers. No front license plate & was unable to see the side of the van unfortunately.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Belfour Property Restoration, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided, particularly by estimator Tanner. Despite some negative reviews on their website, I decided to give them a chance, and I'm glad I did.
Tanner is the only reason why I decided to proceed with them. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my basement from flooding and provided a detailed plan for restoration.
The team at Belfour Property Restoration did an exceptional job replacing carpets, walls, doors, and even the bathroom cabinet affected by the flooding. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful for their prompt and efficient service.
I highly recommend Belfour Property Restoration, especially Tanner, for their outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Great experience with Belfor and with Tanner, who held my hand through the entire process of handling repairs to my garage interior and garage doors. Professional people who really care about your needs. I have to give special kudos to Tanner - he was relentless when it came to dealing with my insurance claims adjuster who was not as motivated to handle my claim as I was and as Belfor was!!! Entire process took much longer than either of us expected due to dealing with insurance people (nothing against my agent and his staff) - just adjusters who are more than likely overworked and understaffed! I appreciate that attention to detail I received from Belfor and from Tanner! My project has been completed and looks phenomenal!!!

I wish I could leave a review with 0 stars. Last spring we had water in our basement and went through insurance for restoration. Drywall repair, carpet, clog on premise. They picked Belfor and the company provided a great first impression. They came out quickly and coordinated with insurance. However once we signed the paperwork to use them we were filled with a lot of disappointment. Communication was bad and I had to follow up many times. The carpet team was supposed to come out a few days after we agreed to use them and it took 3 weeks. I followed up many times and got excuses saying they weren’t sure why nobody was calling me about coming out to measure. It took them 3 weeks for someone to come by for a 10 minute meeting to measure the basement and leave sample.
I was told the carpet would arrive in 1 week, around when the rest of the project would be done the next day. It was over 2 weeks and the carpet still hasn’t arrived. The rest of the project has been done for over a week, but our basement had no carpet.
I would not recommend. We did like Rick and other workers who came to work on the basement, but the carpet has been a pain. After the carpet was installed, they had a few more things to finish (trim). I was again ghosted by Tyler for over a month. All just to fox some trim and damages from the carpet company. Truthfully, we were not happy with the work, the door and trim stain doesn’t even match. But we just wanted to be done with the company.
