Nick came out to to measure for an estimate. Talked through a couple of things, he said he'd get me a quote in a few days. Never heard from him again. I texted him multiple times asking for an ETA..nothing heard back. Had he provided just a response to say I'm too busy, I would have been good with that. Anything would have been more professional than ignoring a customers texts.
Nick and his team were awesome. They were professional and their effort and craftmanship was top notch.
The entire process from start to finish was well laid out. We knew exactly what we getting and at what price. His communication with us once he started was great. Best thing...there were no surprises!
I would recommend Nick and his team to anyone.

Nick did a great job fixing the porch on our old house. He was a good communicator, always responsive and timely. He explained our options well and followed through on exactly what we were looking for. Nick and his crew did a great job cleaning up every day. The work is high quality and we highly recommend him and his company.

I had my deck put on by Master Deck Builders and everything was done the way I would want it to be. Nick was very good at explaining the different options for my deck and answering all my questions. I know in the future I will definitely pick them again and suggest that great company to my friends.

Nick did an exceptional job. From design to actual build, everything was beyond my expectations. You most likely will need to wait a few months for him to start your job but it’s worth the wait.

So disappointed. Felt everything was progressing, Nick indicated probably July will be the start month. Communications were totally ignored from Nick until we get the "time to start" email in August. As a result: our time = wasted, Nick's communication = failure, honesty = questionable, our impression = do not ask questions, do not question his pricing - just take it or leave it. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be to get a return call if there was a problem after the work was complete. Thank you, Nick, for showing us your true colors before we spend over $20,000...
