We called Tuesday, January 2nd in the morning to receive an estimate to drywall our basement. We were told we would receive a call back in at least one business day to schedule a visit to come look and measure our basement. It is now Friday, January 5th and there has been no call to schedule this estimate. If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time calling this company for an estimate. Very disappointing,
They did a wonderful job, done in a timely manner.. the walls looked better than what was done before.. highly recommendable

Sitting on a lawn chair completely BLOCKING a vehicle parking space, while on their phone. There is a GIANT walking area that they could've used instead of using the parking space. This is a VERY busy parking lot, vehicles need to use that parking space.

Was working with the owner in late 2021 about a drywall project, they were "finishing up 2021 end of year" and couldn't make it out, which is fine I was understanding. I sent text to owner now summer of 2022 and now I get no response. sounds like there still too busy.

Amazing company and people!!!!. Luis was amazing to work with. He took the time to do the job right and was very knowledgeable. This project was a big project with lots of details and they did an amazing job!!! Thank you very much Luis and BC Drywall for the amazing work!!!

Received a call on Monday evening from Luiz and set an appointment for the following morning 9am to come and give estimate to drywall basement. Got up early took kids to school and made sure I was home ready for the appointment. Nobody called or showed at all. I called the office and the lady seemed like she could care less that nobody called or showed up but was only interested in rescheduling. Terrible values this company has, don't waste your time calling.

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend B.C. Drywall. In the middle of a whole house renovation and numerous bad experiences with my contractor and his subs, I met with Luis. His professionalism, knowledge, and prompt response turned my project into a much more pleasant experience. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service; staying connected, brainstorming solutions, and speaking frankly. Luis did all of this and supervised the entire process to ensure the outcome was of the quality I was looking for.
