Frederick Electric has been consistently disappointing in addressing electrical issues under our home warranty. Vendors are not getting paid, causing delays and frustration for both tenants and landlords. Communication is lacking, with unconfirmed appointments and declined documents. Not worth the investment; consider switching providers for better service
