Beautiful store with great staff! After reading reviews and checking other stores, we decided to go with Floor & Decor for our LVP floor. They have a great selection of products and we found better quality in our price range. We visited the store multiple times and the employees were always helpful and attentive (but not aggressive!). We ended up buying during their closing time and they all waited for us. Jett helped us deciding which product to buy. We cannot recommend this shop enough. Currently, they are offering an 18-month zero-interest financing.

I needed LVP flooring for my basement. After visiting several other places, I discovered Floor & Decor and really liked the way they display their products. It's so hard to pick a flooring material when the sample is glued to a board and mounted way up high. Floor & Decor has giant sample walls at eye level. But the best part is they have large sample sizes which helps when picking a color. Plus, the employees were all very helpful.

Newer store in Omaha, our contractor recommended it highly and they did have good choice as we are doing g bathroom remodeling. We ordered all the stuff we needed and had it delivered but unfortunately the delivery service is horrible. Our condo is on 5th floor, the one delivery guy who came dumped all the stuff outside the building and says that’s what the company does!! My wife and daughter tried to reason with him but to no avail, they had to haul the excessively heavy tiles and everything geode to our condo as delivery guy was of no help and I was out of town. More than half the tiles and flooring material is damaged as well and the phone support was difficult to get a hold of and when finally we connected, they recommended that it’ll be faster if we haul the super heavy broken stuff back to store and exchange it!! Wow, one experience worse than other. Not sure I’ll ever order any other stuff from them. Below are some pictures of the “excellent” service, damaged material lying on the side walk where it was delivered so efficiently. 1/30/2023: Thanks for your prompt attention but you haven’t addressed the elephant in the room, the delivery service! Is that standard for your company to deliver all that heavy material out on the side walk? The damage isn’t the reason for one star, that can happen with any product and I would have been able to li w with that but delivering it on the sidewalk and having us haul it inside, not acceptable. Hope you answer the above question. 2/4/23: All the info was emailed on Monday, haven’t heard anything back?

We went in just to have a look, but we ended up falling in love with a tile and bought a few pieces. The sales reps were friendly, but not aggressive. They have these inspiration cats they roll around with you so you can look at the items you're interested in together without carrying samples around yourself. The selection of tile, flooring, and countertops is exceptional, as is the value for your money. Great experience overall!
