The products sold in the store are great. Unfortunately I contracted with them the granite counter tops (great material) and the process of installation was a nightmare. The guys working at the shop were nice and tried to be helpful, but they subcontracted with another company. It took too long to manufacture the pieces and when they attempted to install them, they were incorrectly cut; they just left with no plan. It took some time and negotiation to have them adjusted.
I was in search of a tile I had to match. Bill took the time to help & find the tile. I had been to several other stores with no help! I HIGHLY recommend them, they give great service!!

They are the best in town. Also they have a staff very friendly and always ready to help. The owner makes everything easy for everyone. This is going to be your best choice ever.

Highly recommend for all your tile needs! Absolutely amazing service! Very knowledgeable and honest. The selection was Great, with almost everything "In Stock." We picked out a backsplash and shower tile and really enjoyed walking around the store with Janelle.

Ceramic Tile Works did an awesome job with both our home and business. They were very efficient and took their time to make sure all the measurements were done right. We have a waterfall kitchen island that they installed and we absolutely love it. It turned out beautiful. Could not be happier with how all our tile work turned out for both our home and business. Jason and the entire staff are great to work with. Would highly recommend Ceramic Tile Works!

Great people to work with. All very professional and knowledgeable. They were incredibly helpful making sure I was equipped to take on my kitchen backslash project as a first timer. Would absolutely use again.

The shop has helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have helped me pick the tiles for my bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Im a single guy with an 11 year old and I travel a lot for work. I just built a new home and these guys were so helpful and flexible given my travel schedule. They worked closely with my builder and I to make sure we were on point with all the backsplashes, tiles, accent linears, laundry room tile, bathroom tile, etc.. Adam Banks is the man! This guy single saved me almost $4,000 by finding granite that was the color and style that I was looking for but could only find at one stop for darn near double the price. He not only saved me money but he helped me match my tile, backsplash, accent linear, etc with my modern contemporary style. Hands down, I recommend these guys!
