Nice guy, easy business. I had minor damage to my LVP floor that no one else wanted to touch because it was a "small" job. Rockbrook simply had their repair guy swing by on a slow day after another job to fix it. No fuss, he knew exactly what to fix and how to fix it. Under 1hr and it now looks like the damage was never there. Wonderful!

Tim and Suzee at Rockbrook Floors are awesome! They were helpful from start to finish with our bathroom remodel. We have an older and somewhat unusual house and Suzee was able to help us find the perfect tile with the result that our bathroom looks beautifully updated but still matches the aesthetic of our house. Tim was involved with every aspect of the remodel. As is common with oder houses, there were some surprises along the way and Tim managed each and every one of them with knowledgeable expertise. Tim and Suzee told us throughout the project that their goal was for us to be happy with our new bathroom and that goal was far surpassed. And the price was very reasonable, too. We are so happy that we are planning to have another bathroom remodeled by Rockbrook Floors.

Excellent company and very friendly and professional staff. They have done just about every tile floor in my house with one more room to go. They also installed vinyl planking in my entire basement. Rockbrook is my go to for flooring needs.

I had LVT flooring installed in a new sunroom. Tim helped me find the perfect flooring. Because the sunroom was under construction, we had to coordinate some work with another contractor. Rockbrook Floors was very flexible and made that easy. The flooring looks great and I’ve had a lot of compliments about it!

They were on schedule and stayed on scope of work. The finished product was amazing, helped by their excellent removal of the old laminate floor and underflooring. I've known Tim for 45 and runs a great professional business.

Perhaps the best experience we had, during our kitchen remodel, was finding Rockbrook Floors. Great people to talk to a find just the right floor and tile we wanted for the project. And they were nice people! Great craftsmanship! Attention to our job was, although not the biggest job they’ve ever done, seemed like it mattered them them. Great people!

Rockbrook Floors did a great job installing our backsplash for our kitchen. We ordered custom tile from Pratt & Larson. It was a very difficult installation with the tiles being hand made, each one was slightly different in size and not flat on the back. (That is what makes the tile look so unique)
Rockbrook did an amazing job & looks beautiful! We would highly recommend Rockbrook Floors.

They installed LVT in our basement last December. Choosing the flooring took some time - they have a lot of options. But they let me take samples home to ensure I was happy with what we chose. Installation was quick and the installer was courteous and respectful. The communication leading up to the install could be better - we didn't get much notice before the date. But overall a good experience with Rockbrook Floors.
