Julius and his Davis Contracting crew did an excellent job finishing our deck project that was left in a complete mess from the original contractor that we were forced to fire. Davis Contracting also installed a new roof that looks amazing. They were forthcoming, punctual, and on-time. A night and day difference from the original contractor. They came highly recommended and my wife and I are thrilled with the finished product. Will be hiring them again for future projects/work.
Highest honors. Timely, professional, clean, honest, creative, fair, and dependable. With so many contractors to choose from with so many horror stories, I was beyond ecstatic with the process and results. The best small contractor in Omaha hands down.

Thank you to Julius and his crew for helping us update our midcentury home! Our goal was to open up the living/kitchen/dining space while maintaining many original vintage details. They removed a load bearing wall and vinyl flooring and replaced with wood. All work was well done, on budget and fast. The new wood floor was matched perfectly to the original wood; same with the drywall repairs needed after removing the wall, the ceiling texture was matched to the original to make the patches seamless. They really paid attention to the details and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was courteous and helpful when we had questions. We will continue to work with Davis Contracting and recommend them to family and friends.

We worked with Davis Contracting, LLC on our exterior home "face lift" project (including siding repair, front porch refresh, whole house painting, and driveway replacement). Everyone we worked with from Davis Contracting was courteous and professional. The work was done to our specifications and the price was competitive. We are pleased with the results! We recommend working with Julius and his team.

Upon completion of the work I paid a total of $16,790.00 to Davis Contracting LLC for replacing my roof, siding and to build a carport and deck. I immediately noticed there were issues with workmanship and installation of the siding. In March of 2019 the gutters on the West side of my house detached from the house; it was in the contract for 6 inch gutters to be installed but they put in 4 inch. Julius came out and reattached and replaced the gutters but the gutters are still not in proper placement to the house.
The carport was not installed to the specifications I requested.
May 5, 2019 I contacted Julius about siding falling off my house on the West side, his solution was to silicone the siding and use vertical nails to hold it in place. The soffit on the East side of the house was cut too short causing it to fall out of place.
On 8/11/2019 I sent Julius a text about making the corrections on the the workmanship of the incorrectly installed siding, I sent Julius 11 photos of the issues that needed to be corrected and he never responded.
The summer of 2019 I had Hanson's Siding come out and inspect the work that was done by Julius to see if the issues could corrected. Their response was that there were so many problems with the way the siding was installed that it could not be corrected and the entire siding needed to be replaced.
April 29, 2020 I reached out again to Julius in regards to siding falling off the shed and the soffit on the back East side of the house falling out of place. He sent out one of his employees named Kenny to address the problem, after showing Kenny all the issues I was having he agreed the job was poorly done and apologized on behalf of Davis Contracting for the poor workmanship.
On 8/24/2020 I reached out to Julius again because the siding on the front of my house is falling off, the spacing gaps on the boards of my deck are so wide I can insert a pencil between the boards. The hand rail leading up to the deck has separated from the post leaving the nails exposed. The siding on the shed that Kenny had fixed is now falling off again.
Julius has not responded to any of my requests to fix and or complete the work that was agreed upon.
