Sanwick Remodeling did a major remodeling project on the first floor of our home and did a great job. We moved walls, added a main bathroom, and completely changed the floor plan. We knew all the costs up front and they met their timeline. I recommend them for a project.
Sanwick Remodeling has done four different projects for us; we are extremely pleased with each. One, a total remodel of our master bedroom/bath areas, was beautiful beyond expectations. The bath placed first in the builders’ association competition that year. Another was in response to major water damage in our lower level. Although already pressed by a busy schedule, Todd Sanwick immediately sent workers to mitigate the damage, then refinished the damaged area. The renovation much surpassed the original! Todd also successfully negotiated coverage with the insurance company. The other projects involved rebuilding our front and back decks. We are quite satisfied with the results.
We have found Todd Sanwick to be knowledgeable, transparent, and fair in his price estimations and responsive to all issues throughout the projects. His workers are skilled, friendly, and professional. Twice – long after any warranty was in place – when we were having minor problems with the remodeled bath, Todd took it upon himself to see that the issues were rectified.
Sanwick is our go-to remodeling contractor!

We called them about a kitchen remodel. They came out and asked what we wanted, took measurements, and said they would send us a quote. We didn't hear back from them. After a month I called and they said they would look into it. Never heard back from them.

We had an addition put on and moved the kitchen to make a great room. The quality of work was excellent and the workers very professional. We are so glad we went with Sanwick Construction and would recommend using them for your remodeling needs. John and Mary Bolton Plattsmoth, NE

We had an amazing experience with Sanwick Remodeling. John was excellent to work with, his attention to detail was priceless! Everything was top quality and they even ended earlier than originally quoted. I would highly recommend them for their value is their word and commitment to quality.
