Greg is very thorough. Took great pictures assembled an outstanding detailed report and was able to walk us through the whole thing step by step. When we explained how we would finance (VA) he explained areas they would miss and focus on. We explained areas we would be renovating (kitchen) and he even removed some inspection items from our cost. Shouldn't need another inspection in Omaha but if we do he'd be our first call.

Greg was great to work with and helped us determine if the home we wanted to buy was the right call. My wife and I hired Greg twice. The first home he inspected he found several serious issues we had not seen and wouldn’t have found out until costly repairs became necessary. Amongst many more issues the roof was decked with less than code thick plywood causing it to bow when walked on, and the main gas line meter was left in front of the garage after an addition leaving it in line to be knocked by a vehicle. We backed out of the first home and recovered our deposit because of the issues Greg had found. The amount of repairs urgently necessary could have easily reached $50k in a short period and would have been economically crippling to first time home owners. We purchased another home after an inspection from Greg found it to be in far better condition and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Greg.

I highly recommend Foundation 2 Rooftop for whole house inspections, either as the Buyer or Seller. We recently used them as the Buyer. Greg Wayman provided a thorough 4-hour professional inspection of a home in Lincoln, followed by a slide show of photos and walk-through with our agent. I stayed on the property during Greg's inspection, and he was organized, well equipped, and maintained a brisk pace throughout the afternoon. A 40-page detailed report that included the photos was delivered by email the same day. Greg had the highest level of certifications in our search for a good home inspector. He is very knowledgeable on home safety and provides guidance on the proper repairs and remedies. On top of that he is friendly and personable. Greg exceeded our expectations with the service provided.

I can't say enough about how great Greg was to work with. He let my father-in-law join him for the inspection (he is a contractor from Iowa) and walked him through everything that he noticed. He did a great job advising us on what we should pay most of our attention to. Greg provided a written and video documentation of everything they looked through. It has been very handy to go back and see the "heads up" he gave us on smaller issues so that we are able to make fixes at our own pace. Our realtor tried to sway us from using Greg because he was too thorough -- as a home buyer there is no such thing as too thorough. I felt really informed ad knowledgeable purchasing our home as we knew everything about it, inside and out! Thanks again for being so kind and for providing such a peace of mind!

I moved into the Omaha area on Aug. 28th 2014 from out of state. After the contract was accepted by all parties, I started looking for someone to do the inspection. My niece and her husband moved here 6 months prior to my move so I asked them who they used. They recommended Greg and said that they were very happy with his inspection and service. I decided to use Greg and right from the first phone call, I got excellent service. Greg was always there when I called with questions and I even had to cancel our first appointment because of a loan hold up, to which he was very easy to work with and re-schedule. Although I wasn't able to be at the actual inspection, he contacted me right after his inspection with a verbal report followed by a video that he promptly sent to me for review. There were a number of issues that he discovered and were added to the contract for the previous owners to repair. Again, I had many questions about the repairs and Greg was always there answering the phone. In the following months, after I moved in, I still called Greg fro recommendations and used several of his contractors that he has on his website.
