Alex provided an excellent assessment of the property and it's condition in clear and understandable terms. He included pictures of defects discovered and explained his level of concern for each finding. He answered questions and helped you navigate his report that was clear, factual and well organized.
Overall good experience with him and this company on two occasions now. We would recommend Alex and Home Buyers Protection for quality home inspections.

Mr. David Six did an outstanding job with the home inspection of our new home. We hired him twice. The first time his inspection saved us from buying a house with more repairs than what we're comfortable with. He did an outstanding job on the second house as well pointing out items of concern. As a first time homebuyer they were very informative and helpful with my inspection. The inspection itself was very thorough and the walkthrough touched on not only what was explained in the report, but answered some questions on cosmetic improvements I was thinking about. The report explained everything in detail. I am very satisfied with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

Alex was prompt, incredibly thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of his inspection findings with many pictures. I've used other home inspection companies before - Alex with HBPC delivered WAY more value for the practically the same cost! If you're buying a house - this is the company to do your inspection.

Everything about our experience with Home Buyers Protection Company was great! This was our first time getting a home inspection done so we didn't really know what to expect. I spoke with Jim on the phone and he was very knowledgeable and easy-going. Trevor performed our inspection and provided great insight and details about every issue. He also provided an ample amount of photos for us, including the attics and top of the roof. I chose Home Buyers Protection Company because they go above and beyond what other inspection companies do and they exceeded my already high expectations!

Inspection was easy to set up and with quick turnaround. Office staff was friendly when setting up the appointment. Cost of inspection was stated at set-up with no hidden fees. Inspector was very thorough and provided an informative walk-through of his findings. Report was completed and emailed, with pictures included at each finding, at the end of the inspection so there was no wait period. Overall an excellent experience with friendly staff, well-informed and friendly inspectors, and efficient service at an appropriate cost. Should I need inspection services in the future, I will definitely utilize Home Buyers Protection Company.

I have been extremely impressed with this company and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable inspector. My experiences with everyone in this company has been unusually pleasant and easy. Responses to questions have been immediate and very friendly. The inspector was able to describe and explain all issues with my future home in simple terms and was able to help me to rate them in order of priority. I have purchased several homes over my lifetime and this is the best inspection experience that I have ever had. Customer service was top notch before, during, and after the inspection was complete. Strongly recommended.
