Would highly recommend. Our A/C wasn't cooling right before a hot weekend and A1 had it repaired within a few short hours of contacting them. Ben Micek and Vince made the whole process incredibly simple and quick. Couldn't have asked for better service.
My a/c died during one of the hottest weeks of the year so far. My outside unit was probably 40+ years old so Ben from sales came out and helped me select a new unit. A-1 was able to get to my house a day earlier than scheduled and the installer Sean went above and beyond getting the new unit up and running. It was 88 degrees in my house when he arrived so it wasn't pleasant working conditions but he did an outstanding job getting everything installed and running! I've done business with A-1 in the past and I will continue to do business with them in the future!

Ben Micek was fantastic to work with. He was transparent with all information, kind and professional. We were able to replace our AC and Heater within a week and his follow up after install was also very helpful. He is able to answer any questions and the install team was also great. All around great organization. I highly recommend A-1!

Why I gave a 5-Star rating to A-1 United Heating, Air, & Electrical Co.
Their service from office to installation was professional, prompt and very customer service oriented.
This is the second system I’ve had installed over the years and they continue to strive to make the entire process easy to understand which leads to a satisfied decision by the customer.
Special kudos to the technicians (Eric Pospisil, Vince Caulfield) and the System design specialist (Ben Micek) for their extra effort during the short holiday work week (4th July) to get my entire HVAC system replaced and running.
A-1 United is well represented by these excellent employees. I will recommend this company every opportunity I have.

Had an old, upstairs furnace replaced through Costco with A1. Process was easy, guys that did install were quick and clean. They only had a quarter inch of clearance with door and it was a tight fit, they took a lot of care to ensure there was no damage during removal/installation.
Also used A1 for a wiring repair on A/C unit recently. Tech was great and felt like the price was reasonable for time they were here and for the fix.

I experienced a full furnace and A/C failure at the same time. I was panicked as I knew that would be an expensive replacement. I had multiple quotes from various Omaha companies. A-1 came out and gave me an amazing quote for top quality equipment. They offer great financing as well. The install was quick, efficient and the workers were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I have had no issues getting any questions answered and I'm looking forward to working with A-1 in the future for any service work that is needed. I highly recommend this company.

My brand new air conditioner was not working when I went to turn it on yesterday, for the first time this season. I was pretty shook up because it’s only a couple of years old. Kevin Cave came to my rescue this morning and cleaned out my unit and found the minor issue that made it not turn on. He was so thorough in checking everything over and he was just so kind, explaining everything he was doing. I would highly recommend using A1United heating and air. I have been a customer of theirs for around 10 years or so. They are the best, and they are very honest. They know how to take care of their customers. In addition, if you can request the technician, I would highly recommend Kevin Cave! Thank you A1 United, for being so nice, so honest and having the best employees!

Had 2 units replaced. Sean and Paul were friendly and knowledgeable. They did the replacement, programmed both thermostats and our units were up and running by 5pm. Thank you both.

I recently had my A/C system replaced by Sean and Brendan. The two of them did a great job, all their work was very clean, and looks professional. They were both very friendly and the explained everything clearly and easy to talk to. I’ve had other companies come out that we’re not. Damon was the salesman I worked with and thought he was excellent. I was using a different company that tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need, these guys did not. Would definitely recommend using A1.
