Abraham Heating was recommended to me by a friend. I called and left a message for a quote and within 5 minutes he called back to tell me he isn't licensed in Iowa. First of all, it's hard enough to get someone to call you back at all, and he returned my call even though he knew he wouldn't be getting our job. Then he called back about 15 minutes later with a couple of recommendations in my area. That's first-class customer service!
Josh and his team are reliable, friendly and ethical. I trust that they will provide our family with the right answers for our HVAC needs.

Hottest day of the year and our a/c went out. Abraham htg & ac were not only very busy but shorthanded. They didn't promise they'd make it out the same day but managed to squeeze us in anyway. Very pleased with their service.

Josh was very helpful and prompt. We had a service company out that told us we needed a whole new A/C. Josh was able to get our home cool again without replacement and is now helping me with a possible warranty issue with the manufacturer.

The guys were very flexible. I had to be out of the house at the time they were scheduled, so they waited and came later in the day. The visit was for a regular a/c check. They found a small issue and were able to fix it during the visit. They were professional and communicative. Much appreciated!

Good and efficient technicians. Changed my filter, washed A/C filter, checked to make sure A/C worked properly. Kind. Even retracted my hose when done. Happy with their performance.

We bought a house last year, and during the final walk-through before closing, we noticed the seller removed a whole-home air quality monitor system installed by Abraham Heating and Air. Not being disclosed, we asked the seller to have it reinstalled. Per the arrangement with the seller, the system was to be reinstalled and ownership transferred by Josh Abraham. During reinstallation, Josh mentioned he was friends with the sellers. I'm guessing he thought we had wronged his friend (the sellers) in someway by asking for something that was supposed to included with the house, because he never transferred ownership of the system despite multiple calls over a period of months to do so. Everytime we called he would make an excuse about how busy he was and promise to call us back, but never did. If you want to work with a company that has integrity and does what they say they will do, look elsewhere.

I contacted Abraham Heating for a second opinion based on a recommendation from a friend. From the minute they walked in the door, they were completely honest with me. There were no pushy sales tactics. The guys were friendly and laid back. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with the "big name" in town. Josh told me honestly what may need done and the cost, no frills or pretend deals or time limits. We are moving forward with all of our HVAC needs with Abraham. I just wish we'd called them first!
