Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us the impression that he would go out of his way to remedy our problem even if it meant a late night or early morning house call. He made that clear, that he would be here if we needed him.
Most of the bigger companies relentlessly try to up-sale you with scam tactics. "Air Care" was quite the opposite. Felt like an "old school Mom & Pop" business that genuinely cares about you like you're family. Jason exemplified that philosophy and is a great representative of the company.
Wonderful experience, these guys Rock. They did such a great job on our new home. That it would e hard for me to go anywhere else. Communication was excellent and work was phenomenal. So I had them out to our old home to inspect furnace and ac unit and put there stamp of approval on it. Highly recommend

Very friendly and responded right away. Very good communicator and honest. Went above and beyond by going around and closing all my windows today to make sure the house would be cooled off by the time I got off of work. It’s feeling nice in here and glad the problem is solved.

If i could give them 10 stars, I would. Woke up to it being 80 in our house. System was running, but not blowing cold. We called at 11:00, repair tech was here about 1:45, and was done in 45 minutes. He said it was one of 2 options, the first way less expensive than the 2nd. He could have said whatever, and i would have been ok with it - he said good news, was the less expensive option. Gave the whole system a check and identified a possible 2nd problem inside. It did make sense and he took the time not to just tell me, but show me and explain. 3 1/2 hours from when we called, system was working AND he gave it the full once over and let us know what we could expect down the road.
Cesar was absolutely AMAZING in how he explained everything he did in a way i could understand and i would put my reputation on the line at how professional this company is. 100% satisfaction and i will no longer work with any other company.

We would highly recommend Air Care. We called Air Care to get a 2nd opinion after hearing from another hvac contractor that we needed to replace our entire system and nothing else cost effective could be done to save it. Chris gave us a fair honest opinion and recharged our AC for a reasonable rate. We plan to use Air Care for our planned maintenance now and if we do need to replace our system, we will be calling them.

Steve was timely, professional, and informative. Explained what brand was used by company, company who made brand, and what did not require replacement. Answered questions about units. Explained next steps if I went with the company. Bid was lower than other two companies so went with company and got on schedule right away.

There’s a reason they have a 5.0 rating with so many reviews. They’re quick, friendly, informative, and great at what they do. Chris and Tyler were great! Would recommend to anyone/everyone.

I had already gotten an estimate for a repair from another company but it seemed high so I called Air Care for a second opinion. Chris came out the same day, gave me a much lower price, and when I asked him how long it would take, he looked at his watch and said "I've got the part out in my truck I can do it now if you want.". I'm definitely coming back to them with any future issues.
