After fighting with our home warranty for month and a half yielding numerous denials of repair or service on our air handler, not to mention approximately 25 hours of wasted time on hold and numerous non-answered emails. Michael at comfort advisors came out and put a new top-of-the-line train system in within two days. What impressed me most was the distribution center was out of the heat exchanger we discussed so Michael put an equivalent model in and adjusted our price honestly and with full transparency. Luis did a great job as lead of the installation. This is a stressful huge investment for most people, but we did not feel taken advantage of and felt treated honestly would recommend them to friends.

Mike was amazing! There was some miscommunication between myself, my home warranty company, and the company regarding appointment time. When I called Comfort Advisors to inquire about an ETA for a technician, as it was past the appointment time I was told by the warranty company, Mike answered and explained they had me on the books for a different day. Mike then took it upon himself to come to our home as soon as he finished the appointment he was at even though it was now after regular hours. When Mike arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he had done and what services were needed in a way that was easy to understand. He also provided us with the pricing of the services in case it was not covered under warranty, which were extremely reasonable! Needless to say, we will be using Comfort Advisors for all our HVAC needs in the future and would recommend them time and time again.

Michael couldn't have been more professional, friendly and honest while he serviced our air conditioner. His recommendation to clean the unit was spot on as it had accumulated so much cotton and dirt that the unit was running hard even though it appeared to be clean on the outside. I will never use this company again. I had them replace my AC unit a couple years ago while I was out of town. I keep finding things wrong with the install. I am going to need to have another HVAC company come in and fix there issues. They put the whole condenser unit in backwards from the previous unit. They also covered up the humidifier and I have to take the unit apart to change filters. If you are thinking of calling them just pass. They take short cuts.

Sadly needed to get a new HVAC System, Michael Bland conducted the inspection and quote and he was wonderful and responsive to all the questions that I had during the process. The pricing was transparent and if needed financing was a breeze. Two days later a great team of three showed up and completed the installation of a new heat pump. The team was professional, prompt, and completed the install with great attention to detail. They left the house better than when they came in and once arrived I was put completely at ease. The reviews for this company on multiple sites paint this company as one that knows how to get the job done and treat their customers with their respect and kindness. I am happy to just keep adding to that picture. Would highly recommend for annual maintenance or if you have to replace the unit and everything in between.
