It is so refreshing to work with a company that does not try to sell you on products or services that you do not need. From the initial service request call to the technician being dispatched, they take the time to understand the issue and have the knowledge to fix issues. Contrary to what some other companies do in town, sometimes it is better to repair instead of replacing. It just takes knowledgeable, trained technicians to know the difference.

We came home at 10pm from vacation to our AC out, thermostat broken. Called the after-hours line and they put in an appointment request for the next day. Got a call first thing in the AM and a technician was out that afternoon. Tanner our tech was great, he checked everything over and was quick to install our new thermostat. He even changed the air filter and washed off the outside unit. We used Complete when we got our new furnace 6 years ago and then AC a couple years later, they’ve always been this prompt and helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

Kim and Stephanie were extremely helpful in getting us an appointment super fast! They were very friendly and efficient. Tanner was our tech this time out - he was prompt, kind, and thorough working out what the issue was with out system. Chad was our tech with our last call to Complete Comfort and also did a great job. We'll be sticking with Complete Comfort whenever we have any HVAC issues/needs in the future.

Mark does a great job of setting expectations and Zach and Michael did an equally great job on completing the work. They have always been very professional, very courteous and their work is great. Our tech was D.J, he was very knowledgeable on this issue and took steps to get it resolved and explained everything. He never tried to sell me something, his intent was to get our issue fixed. Complete Comfort is THE company to call if you are having HVAC issues, or want to set up a maintenance program, or need a seasonal system check. Our AC went out after hours, I called in the morning and they had a tech at my house same day! Prices are fair, customer service is wonderful, easily called and spoke with a representative who was extremely nice and helpful! The technician DJ was awesome, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, and completed the repair. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Called Matt, told him the AC in my warehouse wasn't working. Matt had a technician, DJ out to my warehouse the following morning. DJ was absolutely stellar. He was extremely professional and personable and really knew his business. DJ was very thorough - he found three separate problems that prevented my AC from working. I just had my air conditioner replaced by Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. I was very impressed by the installation. The technicians Anzio and Michael did a wonderful job. They were polite and worked very hard to get my job completed. They were respectful of my home and protected my floors and cleaned up after they finished the install. Compared to other service companies I have had, these two were very professional, hard working, and did a great job. I would highly recommend their service.
