No one wants to learn that their AC compressor died in the summer. I called not expecting service to be available today. I was wrong! Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were engaging, friendly, and kind. It is evident that Ideal has built a culture based on customer service. They have a client for life now.

There was a mix up with my scheduled appointment. I was told that we were scheduled from 8-12 but they had me down for 12-4. No questions asked they sent a tech out and Josh was here within 30 mins. He did great this company does a phenomenal job and saved me $$$. Definitely recommend!

Ideal Heating & Air Conditioning recently helped me with issues that I was having with my Duct work. Ryan showed up and saved my Memorial Day weekend. His professionalism, knowledge and determination to have my issue fixed and fixed right the first time was beyond exceptional. THANK YOU RYAN! I also had the pleasure of meeting with Kale and the owner Corwin. Everything was explained to me clearly so that I understood what the issue was and how it would be handled. Everyone was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. I felt like I was a VIP. Exceeded my Expectations! OUTSTANDING WORK ETHICS. I wish that I could give more stars.

Corwin came out, assessed my unique situation, offered several options and helped me select the best option for cooling my upper level. The install techs were super professional, friendly and cleaned up after the install. Highly recommend Ideal for your HVAC needs!

Josh was great! Had our A/C inspected and a duct issue that was solved and was very reasonably priced. Great communication on the issue as well. We will mist definitely be return customers.

Moved to Elkhorn this past year and worked with Josh and John at Ideal for heating and air maintenance. In both visits Josh and John went above and beyond in answering g questions and educating me on the system setup in our new home. They are proactive in setting up routine maintenance - makes it easy for you. Would highly recommend!

I had a plumbing issue at my warehouse. I reached out to Jason (Ideal's Master Plumber) and he responded immediately. He was here within 1/2 hour and quickly fixed the problem. He's a stellar plumber and a great guy too! I will most definitely be using Jason and the Ideal team in the future.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They recently installed an accuclean filtration system and an air scrubber. The work was done quick and very well. We have had this company out before and they have always been very helpful and honest. On more than one occasion they have helped us and stopped us from spending money that we could have easily spent. If you want peace of mind, hire this Company. The owner is amazing!
