I-Go made the madness of moving so much smoother. From start to finish, every single person was kind and respectful of property. Not a single item was lost or broken, ( and I collect dishes). NOTHING BROKE! So amazing, thank you for the peace of mind and a great job!
Very easy to work with. Pat was incredibly helpful explaining the whole process and answering all our questions. They did a great job lining up and good driver and crew. Our move was smooth from start to finish.

Pat was great to work with. Did majority of own packing & was able to grab supplies from warehouse as needed.
Doug & Chris were a great move team! Really listened to what I wanted & made sure both packing/loading & unloading team understood & did best effort to accommodate.

I could not have imagined or experienced a better moving experience. Toni at I-Go coordinated logistics on both ends and I also got personal check-ins from the owners. Our driver was efficient, knowledgeable, coordinated and so very nice. His high standards were reflected in his crews in both Memphis and Omaha. Everyone made good on all of our guarantees, from cost, to services, to timing.
I highly recommend I-Go and would use them again and refer them without hesitation.

Movers showed up on time and worked hard all morning. During the morning “smoke” break, four of the five of them went into the cab of the truck and smoked marijuana. We could smell it as we were sitting in our garage. After they had everything loaded, we gave the driver the check for the move. The next day, the owner called about payment. I said we paid with a check. The driver claimed we never paid him. The four of us in our family all saw him take the check. I wonder what could have clouded his memory? So we had to stop payment on the check. When they showed up in MO to deliver our stuff, once again, an afternoon “smoke” break occurred. I and my daughter both have asthma and allergies, so this is not what we needed. It is legal in MO, but I don’t want that odor in my house. The crew all worked hard, which was impressive, and they were all tipped on both ends. I received a call 4 days later from the owner asking about a new check. I said I paid it by debit card 4 days ago. Not sure where the disconnect is in billing, but watch your money. Long story short, I needed a mover that day and didn’t have time to wait around for another crew to come in, so we took our chances. I would NOT use them again. This will be forwarded to the FMCSA. Perhaps the feds can right the ship.

Sergio and Luis were excellent and efficient during the packing and loading/ unloading process. I greatly appreciate the effort they put into making sure we were taken care of. I hope if they are still doing this job next time we move we get this crew.

I have recommended and used I-Go many times through the past many years. They do an incredible job to make sure your items are all protected while moving until they get to the next stop. They are fast, efficient and truly care about you and your personal property. I would highly recommend them and ask for Rod Stone or Pat Warren. Both are great to work with!!
