I flew into Omaha to clean out my brothers apartment. I contacted Innerlight to help with the move. Since I had no idea what the state of the place would be, I met Justin (innerlight's owner) at the apartment to assess the situation. We discovered a disgusting mess worthy of a crossover episode of HOARDERS and INTERVENTION. Clearly the one truck and two movers I booked with Innerlight were not going to be enough for the Herculean task ahead of us. Justin said he would make some calls, hire more people, provide another truck. He assured me and reassured me that everything was going to be fine and promised to call me back in one hour. Never heard back from him for 2 days. Left many messages. All ignored. At least I didn't pay a deposit.
