ManMann has performed a couple of large projects for us at a 2 of our apartment complexes this summer. From bidding and preparation to the actual project performance itself, the ManMann team has been incredibly responsive and professional. We ended up expanding the scope of work on one project by a large margin while the project was being performed - the ManMann team quickly responded to our needs and adjusted the schedule with no struggle. ManMann's customer service and communication is far above other contractors that we have used, and we look forward to their continued work on our properties in the future.
Great service and customer centered. These guys were great working with our schedule, coming in over the weekend at night to meet our needs! Highly recommend if ever in need of lining services.

The guys at ManMann are excellent. They were responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. They came back and revealed the driveway and again they were great. We will definitely continue to use them.

We couldn't be more pleased with the final results. The driveway is perfect! The crew was amazing. They paid attention to even the smallest details. They all knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. Our driveway will now drain properly when it rains and has no more cracks and low spots. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I would highly recommend this honest and professional company! They even came back to make sure we were satisfied and gave us instructions on how to care for the new asphalt for the longest life!!!

They showed up the same day I called for an estimate... I called 2 other companies for an estimate 2 weeks before calling Manmann...one never called back and the other kept telling me they'd send someone by the end of the week.
They gave me a price and set a day to do it and called me to reschedule due to weather. They were there first thing in the morning and were done in less than 3 hours.
The crew did a great job everything is even with the concrete in the garage, sidewalk, other part of driveway and front patio. I recommend them.
