June 11th 2024 at 4pm my fiancé and I were in a car accident with one of their drivers I have filed claims with their insurance and my own. The company has been non responsive towards their provider for well over the past few weeks. I’ve been trying to contact Pave LLC and no one has answered or responded to my phone calls either. Our claim has been closed with my insurance since a few days after the accident. We have just been trying to get the claim closed and over with and they are extremely unhelpful.

No work done for me but a very unprofessional guy on 52nd street thought it would be a good idea to cuss and scream and jump in front of my moving car to tell me that the road was closed even though it wasn't blocked off. He said he almost got hit by someone else. Maybe you should've blocked off the road earlier.

I am absolutely impressed and grateful that people like Red and Pave911 believe and practice excellent customer service skills. I needed a quote on my driveway that was in need of repair. He contacted me, arrived within a couple hours (as he said he would) and had a quote to me within the hour. Customer service has gone by the way side with so many companies. Not with him!!
