I've slowly upgraded my countertops. All the places I've used have been great, but Best Quality was the best. Super people . Perfect installation.
Pictures speak for them selves, floors were scratched, my center island and main corner kitchen Piece had to be cut twice do to not being cut properly the first time. This caused the entire process to be dragged even longer than what was planned. The guys told me they were all finished and tried to have me sighn paper work saying the job was done and I still had over a half inch of space showing underneath my counter top , with shims hanging out of the side. And I told them I was not going to sign anything until it was fixed, they verbally told me they would fix the elongated over hang that’s touching my fridge if I ever get a new fridge. As they said they were not going to cut it down any further. The gap between my fridge space and counter is not even 1/16th of an inch, they had to flare out my wall to fit my fridge back in. Every time they come back to fix something I feel like things get worse. We have a 10 month old baby and could not use are kitchen sink for 2 weeks this process has been very hard on us and the communication has not been great. We had to instigate and be the first to call almost every time. I wish there was a more recent review that we could have seen prior to going with this company to help make the decision easier for us. And that some one can dodge a bullet by reading this.
* I am happy to state that Contractor has rectified the issues, and overall I am pleased with the final result. I appreciate their efforts in addressing the concerns and delivering a satisfactory outcome.

The level of craftsmanship by Best Quality was amazing. They have done every countertop in our home. The kitchen is awesome. The finishing of the stone and the installation of the waterfall edge can’t be beat. The attention to detail was top notch. The entire team was extremely professional. Highly recommend this company for your next project. Installers did a great job!

Highly recommend!! We are finishing up a kitchen remodel and the look we wanted would not have happened without this team! We loved the look of matte marble looking porcelain countertop and wanting to create a floating shelf over our gas range with the same material. I talked to six other well respected countertop companies in town and was told that it was impossible as the porcelain would crack. I almost gave up but Mike made it happen!! The floating shelf is the focal point of the kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Everyone was incredibly pleasant to work with. We are so appreciative and look forward to working with best quality for projects in the future.
