These guys installed the doors to our entry way at our business. We were very happy with the price, the speed of instalation, and the quality of materials. We had them back out for repairs after a burglary. They came out immediatlty to fix it so that we were not exposed to the elements. We will use them for any future glass needs.
Top notch glass service went above and beyond to get the job done on time and on Budget. Mark the job lead was knowledgeable and always available to answer all our questions.

The advised me that I could use plastic in my plate glass window, which is plexiglass, instead of the more higher glasses that you're supposed to put in your screen doors almost half the price of that and they were three times cheaper than anybody else I took the frame to them, took him awhile to get it done but they did a great job thanks again. As you can see this plexiglass is not only but it's as clear as regular glass or even their special high-priced glass which they were still three times cheaper than anybody else.

Abaolutely awful experience. My handyman ordered the glass doors for my shower from Bil-Den. The first order was measured incorrectly and had to be remade, making me wait 4 weeks to use the shower. The second order was dropped from the delivery truck and broken, pushing it back another 2 weeks. My handyman had to beg to get a $100 discount on $2500 doors delayed over a month for their errors. When the 3rd order was installed, it was installed incorrectly and the door didn't shut. A tech came out to fix it and it worked for one day before the same problem happened and again did not shut. All 4 interactions, the technicians were EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Would not recommend at all.

Called them to get an estimate never called me back 2 weeks later I called only to get the run around, won't be using them.
