Juan and Brent came out to fix our automatic garage door within an hour of my call to Omaha Door and Window. They replaced both stretched springs and replaced the decaying seal at the bottom of the door after fixing the initial issue of a cable slipping off its pulley. Juan and Brent were incredibly polite, cheerful, personable and knowledgeable. They reviewed pricing with me and did nothing without my approval. They worked quickly and efficiently, thoroughly testing our repaired garage door before they left. I was very pleased with their prompt, no-hassle service and I couldn’t have asked for two more professional technicians. I highly recommend Omaha Door and Window. We have never used anyone else. Brent and Juan are delightful. They are an A-team, and a pleasure to work with.

The installers did great quick work and allowed me to check everything to my liking. There was an unforseen electrical issue later on after the install that day. I called back and a tech was sent out and after some time the issue was resolved and I could still use my new garage door on the same day it was installed. Omaha Door and Window came to my house to see our requirements, provided many options, had an aggressive quote, and we purchased that day. The doors were measured and custom made for our entry. The doors were just installed and we absolutely love them! Very beautiful, well built, sturdy, and secure. This process was about as easy as it gets from the beginning to end. Highly recommend!

We had ODW install full-frame, triple-paned ProVia windows in our living room, dining room, and kitchen, and a pocket install in a laundry room. They also installed a ProVia patio door with blinds between the glass in our dining room. Shawn in sales was helpful and patient as we decided on a company for the work. The windows came in a lot earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise to get everything done by Christmas (especially with the warmer days in December this year). Josh and his crew worked efficiently and seemed very capable. So far, so good on the window quality but we haven’t had much weather yet to test them. All in all a very positive experience! The only constructive criticism would be that we have been finding nails on the carpet (thankfully not with our feet), so being more careful to keep track of those when installing would be good. Otherwise, we’re very happy with the turnaround time, professionalism of the staff, and price overall (you get what you pay for). Photos show the new windows … they are only on the first floor of the house.
