During a recent hailstorm almost every window in our house was damaged. Corey Kull came out promptly after the storm and took care of everything. He was at our house when the insurance adjuster was there, making sure nothing was missed. While at our house he took down a screen door that needed the screen replaced, loaded it in his vehicle, and brought it back and installed it a couple of days later. Corey is the guy to call!

In 2015 and 2016 we purchased and had 10 Pella windows installed through Lowes. My husband and I were swayed by the cost and the discounts offered. We were assured by the salesman that the recommended installer was a 'Pella window certified' installer. Last week, when I was on our deck, I noticed one window looked different. The frame expander was coming out of the receptor. I called Pella of Omaha and they sent Jack out the next day to see what was happening. Not only was one window experiencing frame failure, three other were, also. He back-caulked and attempted to get the frame back into place without success. Jack did caulk the window frames so no water could get in our home. All this was done without charge and clearly, the installer from Lowes was responsible and should have come out to repair his mistake. I called Lowes to request they send an installer out to evaluate and repair. Their response was, "The one year waranty for installation has expired. Lowes policy is that no one comes out after the waranty expiration." Repeatedly I asked if they would please just send someone out. I told them I did not give a damn about the one year installation warranty. Over and over the response was that that was not their policy even when I pointed out how they failed to back up their product. I returned call to Pella of Omaha. I explained what Lowes had said. The women in the office were immediately on it. Within 2 business days, Mike, a Pella technician, and Corey, a Pella salesman came to our home and examined the windows. They are going to repair all the windows showing failure and ensure the other windows were installed correctly. We also purchased a large window for our library with Corey. I am so very grateful for Jack, Mike, Corey, and the women in the Pella of Omaha install office. They could have treated us like Lowes but they listened to us and helped us immensely!

I am very satisfied with my new windows. I, only, had 4 windows installed. I was not pressured by the salesman to install more than I needed at this time. The installers were polite and kept dust to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are sealed against the weather.

We had hail damage to our windows and once we got in contact with Corey, he helped tremendously. Filing an insurance claim is never fun or easy but Corey was there every step of the way, working with us and the insurance adjusters to ensure our claim was approved to cover all the damaged windows and to ensure new ones were installed where ever possible vs. just repairing them like the insurance company was pushing for. Installers were also phenomenal and during the Douglas county inspection for the windows, the inspector was extremely complimentary and mentioned how good Pella is with their quality of workmanship and installation.

We found Pella Windows and Doors of Omaha and Lincoln are not even worth 0 Stars.. The salesman blatantly lied to us several times. The guys who were supposed to measure “every window” did not so two windows had to be re-ordered then installed in December. We were told we needed to have 3 windows prepped to be installed. The Installer arrived and said he needed 6 prepped. My husband has a heart condition. He was not supposed to do strenuous physical work. However because we were misinformed we had to immediately take down heavy wood blinds and move heavy furniture on our own. The exterior trim was not what the salesman sold us. The installer was contracted, not a Pella employee as the salesman said made Pella a better window company. Pella has not had employee installers for more than 13 years. It is a waste of time to deal with managers Wes or Dustin. Their only job is to deny and justify every wrong action. My husband was a Federal Construction Inspector for 35 years. We moved 12 times, remodeled 12 homes and replaced the windows in 5. Lowe’s sells Pella windows. We bought whole house Pella replacement windows from Lowe’s four times and we were always completely satisfied. The problem is not Pella Windows. The problem is the franchise of Pella Windows and Doors of Omaha and Lincoln. My husband’s heart was shocked back into natural rhythm two weeks before the initial install The day after this fiasco my husband had an EKG that showed his heart was back in AFib. We recommend anyone BUT Pella Windows and Doors of Omaha and Lincoln. Update. We have condensation and frost on several windows now. One stationary window has a temperature of 31.7 and frost on the wood trim. The temperature on the window next to it is 58-60. We never had any of these problems with the Pella windows we ordered from Lowe’s. The best part about Lowe’s is they stand behind their sales.

I needed a couple of repairs on my Pella sliding glass door. Shayla and Katie at the Pella office went above and beyond to work with me since my door was out of warranty. They were so pleasant and professional and the customer service was top notch. Casey came over to do the assessment and make the repairs. He was such a nice guy, pleasant, respectful and professional. It's so nice to work with a company and group of people that truly do put the customer first. Thank you for such a good experience!

Don Fellows sold me some fantastic windows and doors. Amazing offering and I am so very happy with the finished product. Supply chain issues delayed us a bit, but just a fantastic product and the install was fantastic. Mario and Joe did my install and kept me in the loop the whole way. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the result. My house looks like a million and I cannot wait to see how awesome they are for the Fall days since my old windows were missing their screens. Give them a call and discuss the possibilities. Purchased 10 windows and had them installed. Love the windows-huge difference in indoor temps/draftiness and they're solid and great improvement. Barry Blue was very patient with us in picking out styles/etc. and installation team did a stellar job. A great experience. Will be coming back for doors in 2021 for sure!
