I contacted Rex needing a consultation as I live in an old home and was looking for ways to save money on my utility bills. Rex came out and did a thorough inspection, he showed me what was going on, and gave me options with transparent pricing. He and his crew showed up the day of service during the time frame discussed. The instillation was straight forward. His crew was very professional and did an awesome job cleaning up. I work from home and appreciated a crew member checking with me about running the vacuum due to the noise. I cant wait to see the difference on my utility bills this winter. Rex Schroder provided an estimate, explained what was happening in our attic and how he was going to go about fixing our challenges. Rex answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. He would improve air flow and add insulation. He scheduled the install for March 18th. He was here on time and completed the job efficiently. I fully endorse Attic Energy Efficiency.

Rex Schroder came to inspect my attic after some water damage found on my ceiling. Even though the issue I have at my home is not quite what he is qualified for, he was patient with me and knowledgeably took me step by step what he looked for, what steps are not the reason for my attic's issue (with great explanations), and has a knowledge based reason for what needs to be done, but admitted it wasn't quite his type of work and gave me a recommendation.
Though I had another roofing company in mind to go with, based on how I was wisely informed of the condition of my attic, I would be risking a mistake going with anything other than his recommendation.

I was looking for a second opinion on an estimate for insulation for my attic after a pest company insisted it needed to be done as soon as possible. Rex was referred to me by my favorite HVAC guy. Rex was able to confirm my uneasiness about the urgency of the insulation and was able to save me from a costly bill that was not needed. Rex was professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

Rex was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and suggest a solution. He offered to help guide us through the process, even though it did not necessarily involve his services. I could tell he truly cared and wanted to help us fix the problem the right way. I would highly recommend Attic Energy Efficiency! He will give you an upfront honest opinion.

Rex is great! He came over to check a water spot in my kitchen ceiling a couple years after blowing insulation. He diagnosed the problem as a plumbing issue and told me what needed to be done including pictures. He also discovered someone disconnected a bathroom exhaust from venting outside when they replaced the fan, so he put that back in place for me while he was up in the attic. I will definitely recommend him for doing a fantastic insulation job saving us costs for heating and cooling, making our home more comfortable, as well as coming back to give me advice on an issue that could have needed his services, but instead he recommended me to who can help. He is an overall nice guy who cares about his reputation as a high quality and ethical business man. He makes it his business to understand what he can help with and if not him, then who to contact to get the help you need. Thanks, Rex!

I purchased a newer home & didn’t realize the garage wasn’t insulated. I called Rex to come take a look at areas that appeared poorly insulated and give me a quote on completing the garage. Rex inspected my attic & found that a baffle had blown out. He gave me a quote with several options and price points. The entire process went smoothly. Rex and his crew were professional, friendly, and thorough in explanation and job completion.
