Thanks Travis for coming out to fix my heater since I haven't had heat for 3days. And with the temperature dropping at night it made it pretty cold to bare with it.
Received your bill. I had some questions about the "Service Work" and the "Service Invoice". I called on April 15th at 3:30 and spoke with Andy who was going to refer my questions to Deb. Didn't get a response. Since then, I have made the following phone calls-----April 16th at 3:30, no answer, left message.
April 17th at 9:34, no answer, left message. Called again at 10:39
no answer , left message. Are you still in the plumbing business? Or is it that you are not interested in hearing any complaints?

Jeff was absolutely awesome. His knowledge and skill was very impressive. He had the problem with my furnace diagnosed within 10 minutes. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived. He was very well organized and prepared for the repair, not needing multiple trips out to his truck. I can't say enough good things about the people at Independent.

Thank you so much.. This place has everything you need and then some for plumbing and heating.. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!! If I ever run into another plumbing or heating problem again, I won't be shopping anywhere else after my experience here.. (PS.. To the management team at Independent plumbing)
Anthony is worthy of a sufficient raise in pay ? he is well worth the investment... I hope you all can hook him up for providing such good service....

We recently had an issue with our AC unit and contact Independent to come out and evaluate it for us. The repairman was on time (early in fact- he called to see if we were available); he spent 2.5 hours checking and cleaning our unit. He patiently explained to me everything he was doing; it was clear he took his job seriously. The repair was minor, and the cost was less than half of what I expected.
I highly recommend them.
