They did a great job! I was out of town and my daughter was at home. She called them for us and they came out and took care of it. They did the work and went above and beyond and fixed a few other things for convenience. Very inexpensive fix for us but the best part was no stress as this was a new experience for my daughter too. They walked her through it and she was thankful. Highly recommend!!!
Only took 1 1/2 hours to put in new garage door opener. Answered any questions I had. Super nice guy. (Don't recall his name) Reasonable price. I needed to buy a keypad and he showed me how to take old one off and how new one would be similar to install. Would definitely call them again.

I couldn't get my garage door to go up or down. It took the guy from JLM (I suck with names but it started with a C) about 5 minutes to figure out that I had pushed the wrong button when trying to add a PIN to my keypad. So, not only did he fix it but he told me what I did wrong (so I don't repeat it) and helped me program the keypad and 2 remotes. I had never done business with JLM before but I will from now on.

Really appreciate the fast and professional spring replacement service! I asked for an estimate over the phone first and the tech came a couple hours later. He worked quickly but took enough time to make sure the door was fine-tuned and working as it should, and even adjusted the tracks and replaced a roller that was causing an issue. Price was reasonable as well. Will recommend to my friends! Thank you!

JLM did an amazing job with our new garage door. It's refreshing to deal with a company that cares about communication, quality work and fair pricing. They went out of their way to be transparent and honest in how to get the best without breaking the bank. The free estimate was quick and easy and we only had to wait about 2 weeks from ordering the door to install. Sergio, our installer was so nice. Everything was seamless. The door is beautiful and fits our home so well. Thank you JLM...it's exactly what we envisioned!
