Rich is excellent. He maintains and services my Generac generator; he installed an EV charger in my garage (requiring installation of a complete new 220V circuit); he has done a number of smaller, routine jobs for me. As other reviewers have said, he is responsive, courteous, and reliable. I recommend him without hesitation.
Rich and son, Ryan, just finished installing a full house Generac generator yesterday . On time, worked hard to efficiently and professionally complete a job well done. Very happy! Mark, the gas installer was also so personable and aiming to do it right. The Londonderry inspector, Brad, was very impressed with a job perfectly done. Highly recommend his family business, including Trish, his wife, who was always so pleasant and quick to get appointments scheduled and paperwork completed.

Rich and all the personnel at Alpine are unfailingly efficient, informative, and there when they say they'll be. We have had our generator since Rich installed it in 2011 and it has been money well spent. We are on a well and it is especially a luxury to have water during an outage. I highly recommend Alpine.

Alpine is an excellent family run business. Appointments are always kept. Work is done on time and well. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable.

We really appreciated how quickly the technician came to service our generator today. We are a one income family so my husband works all the time and hasn’t had time to service it. We will be using this company again.

Rich has performed annual preventative maintenance service on our whole house generator for a few years now. He arrives to our house as expected and works efficiently to keep any downtime to a minimum. He also sends reminders for when the service is due to be performed. He is friendly and courteous and appreciate the GREAT work he does. I highly recommend him for this service!
