Freddie and Steven are very knowledgeable at their job. They were very patient with us and listened to our needs. We told them what we thought we needed. They were able to come up with a better plan than what we were imagining would work for us. Steven even came over off hours and helped us understand the system better. They know and advised us of the legal issues that go along with this type of a system they installed. The system was only up and running for 9 days before an issue was caught on camera. We plan to use them in the future to upgrade and improve our system. Highly recommend them. Sandra and Bill Bradford Sandown NH
