Appliance Medic is a valuable resource to know about and to keep. Fortunately, I’ve only used Jason’s services on two separate occasions, some 6 years apart and the experiences have always been stellar. First was a cranky refrigerator, now a dishwasher. He keeps his appointments and has a link that shows you where he is located en route to your home. He is extremely professional and friendly. With the high cost of appliances, it’s worthy to repair it than replace it. Thanks Jason.

Our washing machine stopped working mid April. Turns out it was a easy repair. All we needed was a new timer and knob for our washing machine. We ordered the parts through Appliance Medic. We waited 6 weeks for our washing machine part to arrive, and the wait was worth it! Jason was very professional and prompt. Excellent service! Highly recommend!
