We just had our tub removed and a new walkin shower installed by Greg & James in Londonderry, NH. It took them approximately 5 hours and it is beautiful - even better than we imagined. Fantastic job, great cleanup, and very personable installers. Can't say enough nice things about Greg & James. Thanks.
John and Joe were very professional. We loved the finish work. It was easy from start to finish. We would recommend them to all our friends. Jay did an excellent job during the consultation.

John and Hunter removed our old stained fiberglass tub and surround. Then, they installed a beautiful new one, with all new fixtures. It feels like a new bathroom! And they did it in under 6 hours. To me, that's just amazingly fast. They left the worksite clean. They even added pads on the stair treads to protect the carpet from damage. Thanks fellas, excellent job!

We had a great experience! Installers John and Hunter were excellent! Both were very professional, neat and left us with a wonderful new shower installation. This was our second bathroom installation from Bath Fitter and can highly recommend this company for quality,pricing and customer service!

Bathfitter came to my home Tuesday 6/4 and did a tub to shower conversion. The installer was Louis, helper Hunter, and plumber Alex. They were professional, courteous and did a he'll of a job. They covered my floor at the entrance way, the bathroom floor, toilet and vanity. They do complete the job in one day! My bathroom looks amazing. I love it. When they left you didn't even know they were here. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

Thank you to both John and Hunter for all their hard work on getting this done in just 6 hours! Their service was great… Although I do think it was a bit overpriced and I could’ve gotten something less expensive elsewhere, I didn’t want my review to reflect on the installers ?

Bath Fitter was a little more expensive than the other estimates we got, but we decided that custom acrylic tub / showers are a better product than three-piece fiberglass units. The lifetime warranty was also assuring. Other contractors wouldn't agree to stand by their work like Bath Fitter.
The fact that removal of our old shower and tub was done in one day made it a lot easier to coordinate having workers in our house. Our salesperson, Drew, was great. He clearly valued our business, but he wasn't too pushy about selling the job. Our installers, James and Darrin, were also great. Hard workers who were very professional and provided polished results.

Excellent job! Enjoying my new shower! The installation crew was excellent! Thanks to Luis and Darrin and the plumber Mike….all skilled and willing to answer any questions….arrived on time at 9am and completed before 3pm. The whole process from sales call to scheduling to installation went exactly as Drew (salesman) described in our initial meeting. 5 stars!

We're very pleased with our tub-to-shower conversion by Bathfitter, and we would definitely recommend this service and product for several reasons: #1. Our Bathfitter sales representative, Jay, did not give us a long choreographed pitch, as other companies we considered had done. (Truly, at a certain point that kind of approach is not only a bore, but an insult to your intelligence.) He simply showed us all our options in a straightforward fashion, and reviewed each one with us. Then we chose what we wanted without any pressure. Since our sales rep was a former installer, he also explained very clearly and in concise terms how the new walk-in shower would be constructed and put in place. He was believable, and we decided to go forward with our purchase.
#2. The price he quoted us was not ridiculous. We'd gotten estimates from other companies that were twice as expensive!
#3. We think the product is beautiful looking, it was molded on site from one piece of acrylic specifically to our bath space… it's modern and sharp looking, and there is no grout! We have lots of tile in our house, and grout maintenance through the years is terrible. The shower works perfectly, and the new, wider pan and arced curtain rod make for a spacious, more comfortable shower.
#4. The installation crew, James and Darrin, came into our house through the front door and up a flight of stairs. They were friendly and polite. They completely covered our carpets with drop cloths, and were very careful not to damage walls or light fixtures as they brought in supplies and tools. . . and when they were done installing the new shower, they cleaned up every bit of the mess. It was almost as if they had never been there. Certainly, my wife especially appreciated that!
So, these are the basic reasons we are happy to refer Bathfitter to our friends and family. It was a job well done, and we're satisfied customers.
