So many pest control companies were unwilling to treat our log home or work with out very high ceilings. Orkin was amazing, responsive, came out when they said they would, explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable. It’s been over 2 weeks since our initial treatment and we have not seen a single bug alive in our home. They come, ask how’s it’s been going, if there’s any areas of activity and spray the entire perimeter, around doorways, windows…it’s been amazing! Should have called years ago!
I had the pleasure of meeting Orkin employee, Riley McCartney. Riley was extremely informative and professional in his duties. I have/had issues with carpenter ants ?. Riley address my concerns with said ants.I would very much like Riley to be the one who will continue being (my) Orkin guy..so please ensure that Riley is the one who services my concerns. Scott was amazing when he came out to my new summer home in New Hampshire he explained everything to me what he's going to do. He was the most professional person I have ever met he spent his time showing me things that I never knew about and explaining to me how he's going to treat all the areas in my house and the outside . I explained to him that I had cats and I was worried about any kind of chemicals but he assured me that everything was safe what he was using... I will continue to use them and I would recommend them to anybody who has any kind of rodents . Now just got to keep an eye on mighty mouse and all his friends and hope they all go away but thank you so much I will post more reviews as a progress goes on. And definitely recommend Scott he was amazing I can never do his job very professional at what he does 100% recommend them thank you Susan

I recently had the pleasure of working with Orkin for pest control, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The Service Technician Adam was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my property, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. Adam's friendly demeanor and dedication to ensuring my home was pest-free made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend Orkin and Adam for anyone seeking top-notch pest control services.

I had Riley come out for some carpenter ants. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all the questions I had about the chemicals he was using since I have four cats and a bird.
These services aren't dirt cheap, but as long as it keeps the ants from destroying my home it's worth it. Treatments will take some time and follow up visits are going to be scheduled, so if anything changes I'll update my review. I'm not worried yet though!!

Great experience. Called around to get estimates. Orkin stood out. They were here the next day. Very professional. It’s nice knowing our home is well protected.

Excellent service. Very pleased with CSR Chelsea who patiently walked me through the services offered and pricing. Very pleased with technician Riley. He was fabulous. I chose Orkin over five other companies I spoke with, they weren’t the lowest price, but they offered the options I was looking for (not to empty my own traps and not locked in to a contract and combination of traps) and felt they gave the best value for the money.
