We are super pleased with our new boiler system, the Heritage team is really top notch! Chris’s diagnostic visit was a great help towards making the decision to change out our old equipment. Bill was very thorough in assessing our heating needs and laid out several options for us. Jimmy and the rest of the installation crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. All of the work areas were left very neat and tidy. We would definitely recommend Heritage Home Service to anyone!
I am very pleased with the service we received from Heritage. They were a little later than planned time wise for the appointment. Jason B was our service technician and did an outstanding job when he arrived and apologized for the hold up. He walked me around and explained what he could do to install 2 outdoor spigots on further ends of our mobile home with a basement. Not an easy task by any means and he was neat and thorough throughout the whole process. He also shortened a dryer hose hanging down. Jason performed his job it seemed without effort. Sociable..polite and very professional. All the technicians at Heritage have made our home secure and comfortable. Thank you to Jason and all who have serviced our home.

We had Paul J. Come and service our mini-split system. We just bought our house and didn't know the condition of the units and Paul was very thorough and great at explaining to me how things worked and how to maintain them. There was a squirrel nest in our outside condenser that he cleaned out and explained how to prevent. He did a deep clean on one of our units because it was absolutely disgusting with moldy gunk and he did an amazing job. He didn't make a mess of any kind and picked everything up and didn't mind our house filled to the brim with boxes.
He was also very kind to my kids who were curious and like to talk. Thanks again Paul!

First time using Heritage and I'm very impressed! I easily booked an appointment online and was able to get service the next day. Marcus was a fantastic technician - We appreciate his positive attitude and how quickly he was able to diagnose and solve our kitchen sink problem! I will definitely call Heritage again for future needs!

Kevin from Heritage just reviewed and serviced a 15 year old water system that appears to be working but because of age may be expired. He was very knowledgeable and expert in the field of domestic water management systems. I was very impressed and appreciative of the time and explanation of the system and recommended service protocol. He sampled the water straight from the well, and also a sample after the system.
He will give me a complete evaluation on its performance and if it needs anything.
Very impressed and happy with his service.

Heritage was quick to send us out a service man first thing in the morning. Michael was great with us and quickly but thoroughly explained what our options were and what the pricing was. Never felt pressured for things we didn't need/want and he was efficient replacing our water heater same day as well as some other issues.

Heritage did am amazing job adding a second P Trap to my kitchen sink. I was dealing with a lot of bad fumes from buildup in the horizontal connector.
They were easy to schedule and the master plumber was wonderful to work with.
Would absolutely recommend for local plumbers!

We recently faced an air conditioning emergency on a sweltering hot day and needed immediate help.
Tyler from Heritage Home Services came to our rescue, arriving at our home within two hours of our call. From the moment he arrived, Tyler was polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and efficiently fixed our air conditioner, restoring the cool air we desperately needed. Tyler's expertise and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.

I had a leak in my shower and had been repaired previously by another plumber so I tried someone new. Called Heritage and they had availability that afternoon which was great. Technician showed up on time was very polite. I had opened up the wall so we could access the back of the shower, figuring something inside the wall need to be fixed. For me, we would have to replace the entire unit. I didn’t elaborate more than I meant in the wall. He handed me a bill for $1502 and goes along his way. I went into the bathroom to see what I just paid so much money for, for 90 minutes labor I found a cheap , plastic chrome Delta, shower, nozzle and head and my brush nickel expensive set that matched everything in my bathroom was gone. To make it worse the plate handle was not even flush against the shower so it’s bound to get moldy. Then called and asked for an itemized bill and was told they do not do that , my girlfriend called asked to speak to a manager. It took over a week and four phone calls before someone finally called her back. And again saying they don’t do itemize bills and basically the shower equipment was $390 with markup and then the part inside the wall was 600. First time - last time For sure
