Horrible service for the little residents of Bradford, they only give good service to the rich contractors, forget about the residents that live in Bradford or surrounding towns. I was there talking to them about doors and the sales person was talking to me giving me a pamphlet about the doors when a contractor with a big truck walked into the door, well the pamphlet he was giving me didn’t reach my hand and it fell to the floor, and the sales person was already half way to the contractor that just walked into the door. Horrible, horrible service. We were in the process of building a house but had to go to neighboring towns to get the service we deserved.
I stop here on my way up north from time to time as there is always something I need at a good friendly hardware store. I enjoy a workplace where the team knows and cares for one another and it's nice to see people year after year that you know have been there a long time.

I would rather buy my lumber and supplies from a local store like Lumber Barn. Always friendly and helpful, I’ve never felt i received bad service. They have delivered lumber to my house a few times now and its always free, quick and professional. Would recommend Lumber Barn to anyone

The employees are very friendly and helpful and if they do not know, they will ask someone who does they have always providing good service and back up their products to make sure they’re the right things you need

Once again the folks at The Lumber Barn impressed the heck out of me. This time the service dept. worked with me finding the proper part for my Stihl FS240. Ordered, shipped, tracked, they didn’t miss a beat.
My machine is like new again!
