We called and told Adams Safe Co. that our gun safe combo doesn’t work. We’ve tried it at least twenty times, following the specific instructions including number of rotations, etc. We brought him the combo, as he requested. He looked at it, then told us that it was the combo, and we needed to try it again! So, we wasted our traveling time, gasoline, going to Adams Locksmith, just for him to look at combo and tell us to go home and try it again! We won’t return here!

Called for a quote for a one for one replacement of factory keys for a 2016 F350, got the price and moved forward with the work. Tech came out and made keys but did not disclose they are backup key copies not one for one with original Ford key/fob as I asked for and thought I would be receiving. Questionable business practice in my view since I had told them I had already spoken to Ford about one for one key replacement and their cost. Failure on my part for not asking for a written quote. Still wouldn't do business with them in the future.

Was told it would cost 36 dollars for two keys on a Friday. I was ok with That. Called Monday to see if the keys were ready. I called late in the day, expecting a call. Keys were not done, and i was told it would be 50 dollars to remove a very small amount of grease from the tumbler. 86 dollars for two keys? No way. Went elsewhere and found a much better deal with someone who treats customers far better.

I am in the business and need some last minute items on a Friday afternoon. They had what I needed and treated me extremely well on the price, knowing I had no choice. Great knowledgeable service at a good price, with ACTUAL STOCK no order internet and wait. Thank you sir I got the job done that night thanks to you. Now I guess I need a fancy stamper.

We just had three dead bolts installed at out house. We went in store to get help selecting a quality affordable brand to match our current knobs. The person who helped us in store was polite, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I believe the same person did the install and again did a wonderful job while being professional. They even noticed one of our doors wasn't shutting well and fixed it. This is certainly going above and beyond and that certainly deserves a five star review. I would highly recommend their services, and use them again myself.
