STEER CLEAR-DO NOT LIVE HERE. The most unpleasant living situation of my life. It was rumored from many previous tenants that this company will do anything to not give your security deposit back & lo and behold-TRUE. They will charge you ridiculous charges for which could be done for a 1/4 of the price. For example one small nail hole in one single wall they will charge you for repairing the entire wall. No other landlord ever charged me for simple things and small wear and tear. Also, the management is completely bogus and will blatantly lie to your face - then will blindside you with emails & charges and then STOP RESPONDING. I am disgusted by how I was treated here and can speak for others as well. I am a military veteran as well and it’s very clear this company does not value their tenants - let alone veterans!

Great staff! Properties are beautiful. Everything was cleaned and wiped down before move in. It was fast and easy. Got a loft apartment downtown dover for 2350. Think they have another for 2250. Thirsty moose right under the apartment. You dont have to drink and drive ;)
