AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! Our clothing washing machine crapped out on Sunday, called Lew's on Monday & they fixed it on Tuesday for a very reasonable price!!! Honestly one of the best service experiences we've ever had!! Thank you Lew's Appliance Repair!!
Had an issue Sunday with dryer. Monday called about 6 different repairmen finally called Lew's got an appt for Wednesday. He was very thorough, explained everything to me. I don't want anything else to break but I would definitely call Lew's!!

Thus guy took an item from my home and did not acknowledge it or return it!
BEWARE!!
Lew took a Nixon pin that has been hanging in my basement for generations and belonged to my beloved grandparents. It is outrageously cruel to steal a family heirloom. He refused to return it. Don't hire him, but if you mistakenly do, watch him like a hawk!!
I made the mistake of leaving the basement for a few minutes. Also the washer was not fixed appropriately and I had to hire someone else after. I contacted him about both of these issues and he was not responsive. Beware.
It was definitely you, so why are you lying about it and saying it was another company?? Face the music and return my family heirloom!

I called Lew’s and spoke with Sam (Samantha), she was very pleasant and booked an appointment for this morning. Evan showed up a little bit early which I was happy about. He took my refrigerator apart, found the issue, took care of the issue and cleaned up. He was here for 1 hour, the cost was my mind blowing cheap. I was lucky I had a fix that Evan instantly recognized and repaired!!!!! I WAS SO EXCITED, FINALLY MY REFRIGERATOR WAS WORKING PROPERLY AGAIN.

Lewis was great. He explained what was wrong with our oven and why this is an issue with most ovens (ignition died). He came equipped and fixed it on the spot. Grabbed his card as we will use this company again.

Can’t say enough about how pleasant our experience with Lew’s was! Our washer died mid wash and they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Thanks guys!

The office manager, Sam, was SO INCREDIBLY helpful. Our fridge is on the fritz, I called in the morning, she called back within 2 hours -- and she was able to answer all of my questions, as well as give excellent and clear advice and guidance. She 100% knows her stuff. I'm going to recommend them to everyone for all appliance issues going forward, I couldn't speak more highly of them.

Lew arrived in good season. He is positive and cheerful. He concentrated on his work, and fixed my machine. I was impressed with his intelligence, and his ability to communicate to me an understanding of what was needed!!! Some of my appliances are older; I will definitely call him again.

Lew was excellent. He did a great job checking my refrigerator in a timely fashion. He checked the compressor, air flows and fan and assessed the issues. He was very nice, kind, caring and professional. I would definitely recommend him and we will be using his services again. Thank you so much for your awesome service!
